What more would I like to learn?

I have learned a lot of things from computer class. Those are very useful for me.
I want to know about computers more.
I’d like to learn a programming.
I’m interested in how to make a program. Maybe it’s very difficult for me, but I want to know. And if I can understand a programming, I can understand computers more deeply.
Also, I want to know about trouble shooting. I often face a trouble of computers. Now, I couldn’t deal with it. I want to know about computers more deeply, and I want to use computers well.
Finally, I want to learn touch typing. That is very useful skill, but I have no time to study this.
I want to study this skill early.

What is “Viral Video”?
Viral Video is a commercial message which is broadcasted in the Internet.
Usually Viral Video spread throughout blog, email, IM messages, and other media in the Internet.
“Viral” means Viral Video spread rapidly like virus.
Viral Video usually tries to make some surprise. Regulation of expression in the Internet is freer than on TV, so Viral Video usually includes radical content, such as sexual expression, violence, or black humor.
Viral Video was born in the U.K. There are some companies which specialize in making Viral Video.
In Japan, Viral Video is becoming popular, too. Some websites and blogs collect many Viral Videos and display them.
I haven’t seen a lot of Viral Videos, but I want to enjoy them from now on.

Today, I want to tell you computer gifts I want to buy for my family.
Firstly, I want to buy a digital video camera. My father has an old video camera which uses video tape. However, my family doesn’t use that recently. A digital video camera is more easy to use, so I want my family to use this and record many variety events and our cats.
Another gift I want to buy for my family is anti-virus software. My parents don’t use that now. Sometimes I recommend my parents to use that, but my parents don’t care about computer virus or something like that. However, computer virus is sometimes dangerous. Actually, I installed anti-virus software recently to my own computer and it found a computer virus soon after. We are always attacked by computer virus. So I want to buy the software for my family and protect my family’s computer.

What is “Net Neutrality”?

Many companies are using infrastructure of Internet to provide service to customers, and they earn money. Internet provider insist that companies which using Internet to get money should pay charge to provider. Net Neutrality is against this opinion. The Internet should be free to all people. There are some problems. Some people say Internet provider need more money to make better infrastructure of Internet.

In the U.S., Committee on the Judiciary of U.S. House of Representatives passed Internet Freedom and Nondiscrimination Act. This act bans broadband providers from cutting access of customers who access other company’s web site. This act tries to protect Net Neutrality strictly.

In Japan, there are some arguments about making law of Net Neutrality, too.

I couldn’t decide my opinion. This is difficult problem.

I’d like to write about some computer news today.
First, although Apple began to sell iPhone in U.S. on June 29, some curious people tried to take iPhone to pieces already. Moreover, they opened pictures or video of the inside of iPhone to the Internet. Those are link of pictures.

Next, American company, Belkin made public “Washable Mouse” public. This mouse can be washed by using water. I think this is very useful for me because I often spill tea on my desk.
Finally, according to examination of NTT－BJ(Japanese telephone company), many people are coming not to be able to memorize phone number. The reason of this is we can record phone numbers in a mobile phone and use that when we call. Actually, I seldom memorize phone numbers, too.

Today, I'd like to introduce my favorite wed site.
Firstly, I want to introduce JAPANESE FIREWORKS. This web site provides us with information about Japanese fireworks. Summer is the season of fireworks in Japan, so there are many fireworks displays. We can learn about fireworks in this web site before going to fireworks displays. And we can get schedule of fireworks. However, schedule of 2007 still hasn’t been updated.
Next, I introduce OGASAWARA－RYU web site. Ogasawara-ryu is one old way of kyudo, Japanese archery. In this site, we can learn about history and many ritual ceremonies of Japanese archery. Also, we can get a lot of wallpaper.

What is “Social Engineering”?

Social Engineering is a way to get secret information such as passwords by taking advantage of carelessness. Social Engineering mainly uses narrative or peeping. They are “social” techniques. Social Engineering usually does not use electronic techniques. The original meaning of this word is an act getting a password unjustly without direct damage to the computer by using a computer virus or spyware and accessing the computer.

The ways of social engineering which is often used are as follows:

Calling by using false name such as a director or a big customer, and then asking about password or important information.
Looking a memo pad which says password and memorizing it.
Using a hard disk inside the dumped computer.
Using unjust software.

I had heard a word, “Mac” some times, but I didn’t know about it well. Almost all friends of mine use the Windows, and of course I use the Windows, too.
I got information about Mac after coming to Tokyo and starting new life. Firstly, I heard about Mac in classes of computer. I learn about basic things. And then, I heard about Mac from my coworker of my part-time job. He is 37years old, so he had used an old type computer until appearance of Mac. But he hasn’t used Windows. He doesn’t know how to use MS Word or Excel. However, he is familiar with Mac. He had worked in a company of design before. He told me that Mac is useful especially for design. He often teach me usefulness of Mac. I don’t do design, but I’m interested Mac because I heard many things about Mac.

My First Blog

This is my first blog post. And I would like to write about my experience of a computer. I often use computers. I have been using the Internet since my junior high school days. Also, I use computers for assignment of college now. Computers are very useful. However, sometimes I become to hate computers. Computers sometimes freeze. When my junior high school days, I often used the Internet. But the computer of my family’s always froze when I use the Internet. I didn't know causes. And I’m not good at computer, so I often make a mistake. Furthermore, sometimes I come not to fix my mistake. Maybe I have pushed something wrong key, but I don’t notice that. So I couldn't do my assignment or something. The system of computer is difficult. I couldn't use computers well now, but I want to be good at computers in my future. I have to practice more.
